3. PURCHASING FROM US
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product or service described on the relevant sales page.
Your order will be accepted when payment has been successfully processed and we provide confirmation of your purchase.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and account information so that we can provide access to your purchase.
Prices and product details may change from time to time. Any change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.
4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products are supplied electronically.
Where immediate access is provided, access may be available shortly after successful payment.
Digital content is supplied for your personal use only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, share, upload or commercially exploit our digital products without our written permission.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
5. ONLINE COURSES AND COACHING
Where you purchase an online course or coaching programme, the relevant sales page will explain what is included, the duration of the programme and any arrangements for accessing the service.
You are responsible for participating appropriately and for completing any work or practices you choose to undertake.
Coaching and educational materials are intended to support personal development and wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological or other professional healthcare.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content supplied by Rebalance & Restore, including written materials, workbooks, audio recordings, videos, course materials, exercises, branding and other original content, remains the intellectual property of Charmain Wilkinson unless otherwise stated.
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive right to access and use the purchased materials.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, licence, share or commercially exploit the materials without prior written permission.
7. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
The information and practices provided through Rebalance & Restore are educational and supportive in nature.
